2. Data We Collect

When you sign up for the waitlist, we store only your email address and the time of sign-up. No other personal data is collected. We use your email address solely to send you occasional updates on Kleinura's development and a notification when Kleinura officially launches.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

Purpose: (a) We use your email address solely to send you occasional updates on Kleinura's development and a notification when Kleinura officially launches. This means a small number of emails during the waitlist period — no advertising, no newsletter.

(b) We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregated usage data on our website (page views, country of origin, device category) — see Section 4.

Legal basis: Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You gave this consent when signing up for the waitlist.

4. Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a service provided by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, to analyse usage behaviour on our website. This service collects aggregated data on visitor numbers, page views and usage patterns.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and optimising our website). Data is processed in aggregated form only and is not combined with other personal data.

Data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission.

5. Retention Period

Your email address will be deleted after the launch notification has been sent. If Kleinura does not launch within 24 months, all waitlist data will be deleted by that date at the latest.

Website statistics (Vercel Analytics) are not stored permanently. Session data is discarded by Vercel after 24 hours.

6. Sub-processors

Waitlist data is processed only by the following service providers:

Supabase Inc. – Database service; server location: EU Frankfurt, Germany. Data processing based on Supabase's Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Vercel Inc. – Web application hosting and Vercel Analytics; server location: USA; data transfer based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, Module 2) pursuant to Vercel's Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

We do not share your email address with any other third parties and do not use it for marketing.

7. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights at any time:
